In September 2002, he started working for  CNN world headquarters based in Atlanta. He was awarded the AMS for being a great TV anchor for weather broadcasting. He currently, works on the HLN channel with his co-host Robin Meade in the Morning Express. He had completed his high school course at Randolph High School.
