Charlie Shortino is an American Meteorologist. He is working as a chief meteorologist and Morning host show at Weather Net WMTV, NBC 15 based in Madison, Wisconsin now.  Shortino has been an NBC 15 morning meteorologist since 1994 and became a chief meteorologist in 2010.

Since 1994, he has been forecasting the weather on television. Shortino has also served as an expert witness in weather-related civil and criminal cases.
