Ginger’s journalism career commenced soon after she graduated from college. Ginger’s theater professor recommended her to study a career in journalism because she had a special presence that seized the awareness of other students in the classroom. Also, her theater professor assisted her secure an internship in Columbia, SC at WIS the local NBC television station.
After that, she worked as an entertainment reporter and a weekend weather anchor in Indianapolis at FOX 59. Thereafter she was elevated to work as a co-anchor of the 10 p.m. newscast.
