Born in Los Angeles, California, Petersons is an is a well-known television personality working as a meteorologist for NBC News.

Before joining NBC News team, Petersons was the morning weather anchor at CNN’s early morning program “New Day”. While at CNN, she was also a meteorologist for KABC-TV in Los Angeles.


Petersons was born in Los Angeles, California, U.S on June 22, 1980. She is 39 years old as of 2019.
