He is the Central Texas weathercaster forecasting reporter in the history of KXAN Austin television. He joined the University of  East Central in Ada, Oklahoma. Spencer attended college for his further studies and began his career in broadcasting in the same month.  He served at KTEN  as a chief weathercaster later on, after his graduation.
