Joe Micheletti is a journalist, reporter, and ice hockey analyst presently working as a sports reporter for NBC Sports. He played games with the Edmonton Oilers and Calgary Cowboys in 142 World Hockey Association (WHA) between 1977 and 1979. 

Micheletti played games with the Colorado Rockies and St. Louis Blues in the 158 National Hockey League (NHL) between 1979 and 1982. His, brother, Pat Micheletti is a former player in the NHL.

Micheletti has served for NBC broadcasts as an ice-level reporter and color analyst over the years. He served with Jiggs McDonald during the 1994 Winter Olympics for TNT 1998 Winter Olympics.

Micheletti covered the 2010 Winter Olympics and hockey in 2002, and 2006 during his time with NBC.  On this task paired with Pierre McGuire and Kenny Albert. He on Versus for NHL became a color commentator In 2009.
