She was cast on Studio 3, Pebble Mill, she starred in Danny Boyle’s post-apocalyptic film 28 Days Later. Harris has appeared on Pirates of the Caribbean. She has also done stage plays in 2011 she played Elizabeth Lavenza, in Danny Boyle stage production of Frankenstein. Harris also played the lead role in the Firts Grader. She played Winnie Mandela based on the book Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom.
In 2012 she co-starred in Skyfall the 23rd James Bond movie. She later reprised her role as Moneypenny for the 24th film Spectre that was released in 2015.
